All of the items located in the catalogue are MADE TO ORDER. They are not sitting around in stock, they are fresh from the printers when shipped out. You can track the production and estimated shipping time of your order by visiting the ORDERS LIST which is updated daily. Packages usually arrive between 1-4 business days from their shipping date inside the US. If your package does not arrive in the 1-4 day range, please give it time (sometimes the postal service can take up to a month to deliver packages when they're not on the ball). I have yet to have a single package returned to me. If you are outside of the US, including Hawaii and Alaska, packages can take anywhere between 1 to 6 weeks for delivery (depending on customs and location).
